Hello everyone!
We’re excited to inform you that latest version of ITarian will go live on last week of April, 2020. We have some changes on our release dates that we want to share with you, all new releases will go live on weekdays from this point forward.
As you know, we have different servers for US and Europe. In order to make sure that none of our customers get affected by the new release in work days, we decided to split the release for US and Europe servers. As always, the releases will be done during off-work hours to minimize disruption to your work-flows.
New release schedule for each region is as follows:
US Server -> The release will start on 29th April 2020 Wednesday at 1 AM EDT
EU Server -> The release will start on 30th April 2020 Thursday at 5 AM GMT
The release is expected to take 30 minutes to deploy, during that time platform will be under maintenance mode, where you may observe minor glitches. If you observe any issues, please feel free to share with us.

- Added ability to pause and resume file transfer.
- Added ability to suspend and resume file transfer session.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue of 'Takeover failed to start.Connection data is invalid.' while connecting to macOS devices.
New Features
- Audit logs now record all command prompt and PowerShell actions.
- Admins can now choose whether to access the remote device as the current user or as a local system user. This choice is available for file explorer, process explorer, service explorer and the command interface.
