Is there a way to automate account creation? As of now, I have to manually create users whenever I get a new client. Is there a way for me to automate this process? For example, if someone signs up on my site, it would automatically create the EM (ITSM) user?
As of the moment, this feature is not yet available on the C1 portal. However, Our Development team is working on this mechanism.
