Hi, I have actived the 2FA auth mode on itarian platform and comodo gave me backup codes to login into the platform in case of missing mobile. Can those codes be used also to enter int the RMM ? I don’'t find the way.
Hello @datalink, the back up codes can be used only to login to the portal. It cannot be used to login to Remote Control by ITarian application.
