I am new to this Tool and very recently started using this in our Organization.
Is there any way to backup all CRM Data to our on premise server, so that any need arise we can restore the data again to the application?

As of the moment, you can only import and export records . We can forward your suggestion to our Product Improvement Team to have this functionality looked at for Development. For other features, you can review this help guide for CRM.
