Block/black-list Mobile Application that is pre-installed on Android OS

Hello!

How would it be possible to block/black-list pre-installed application on Android device?
Pre-installed applications are not listed in Mobile Application menu in Endpoint Manager.

Is it possible to import block-list manually or somehow differently?
