Boot issue after installing Antivirus

Hello, after installing AEP on a new client’s windows 10 PC, it had booting issues that I solved disabling the setup setting “early launch anti-malware protection”. Any idea why that happend ? Do I need to keep ELAM feature disable on that PC?
