Project name was entered using russian symbols
Start data was entered 1 week early than current date.
Pressed Save - and no effect.

We were able to create a Project with Start date 1 week earlier than current and project name composed of Russian symbols.
Please try again on different browsers or clear the temp files/ cache from the current browser.
Please advise with the outcome.
Now it works fine. Issue repeated 1-2 times and gone.

Same problem with forms
I don’t have a bug to report. Just to ask, is Service Desk down right now? It was running sluggish earlier but now, pages are not loading. Anyone else?
EDIT: Never mind, seems to be running fine now. Can delete.
Impossible to add list items. Forms (custom fields) and Lists. Mini-buttons “+” dont work. Even no mouse-over cursor change.

NEW ISSUE - Cannot change the due date in tickets. Simply saves but is not changing due dates. Does this in all tickets and in 2 different C1 accounts. I immediately get notified of stale ticket when the due date save occurs which tells me it is not saving due date change and then the cron job for checking for stale tickets gets a flag for a new alert to be sent.

Cant delete tickets: Unable to delete! There are tickets that had been used in projects!
At SD no projects at all.
If I open ticket and press Delete at ticket page - ticket deleting OK.

Can you please let us know if yoiu have closed the Project in which the tickets have been used? Or is the Project still ongoing ?
No projects at all. Was 1 test project, but it was deleted,

We have added you to the escalated case. A fix is planned to be released on January 14, 2017.
I have an issue that all seem to be specific to Chrome. If you try to change the owner of a ticket in Chrome, a blank box comes up instead of the usual box asking for a username.
If you reset the browser or clear cookies and cache the issue is still present?
Are you using the latest chrome version, could you try to use the latest one if possible.
We were not able to replicate the issue on on Google Chrome 55.0.2883.87m.
I feel like an end user. Clearing the cache worked. Thanks!
