C1 mobile

We use C1 mobile on iphone which was very useful until the push notifications stopped working some time ago. Is this something that can be resolved via settings, if not is it going to be resolved? I have check in-app notification settings and also ios notification settings for C1 mobile, all are ok.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
