C1 MSP/Enterprise version comparison

Hi,

C1 is the integrated platform for Managed Service Providers and Enterprises.

1.MSP->For companies who manage the IT infrastructure, security and operations of their clients.

2.Enterprise->For companies to manage their own IT infrastructure, security and operations

These two business types mostly share same features except the following
“Reseller Partnership,RMM Plug-in,Standalone Patch Management,cDome Firewall,cDome Data Protection,cDome Antispam Gateway”.

Note : While creating an account the user need to choose the type (business ) of the account. For more details on the business type, please refer the “Compare Business Type” link available in the “Set Up Account Details” Page.

So, the Enterprise version does not allow patch management features? I had read the opposite on the Comodo One’s presentation website… can you help me ? TIA

Please use ITSM-Patch management to get things done as it has been updated to perform complete patch management process.

I mkannan, with the ITSM-PM it’s possible to perform COMPLETE patch management process over linux server, microsoft server, and Oracle servers (like the MSP version)?
My need is the following: I have to offer a customer a patch management solution that I will configure and then he will handle it autonomously.

ITSM - Patch Management available only for windows with complete process. Our devs working on to extend ITSM patch management feature in Linux, MAC … etc .For now, you can use MSP version to have such support.
