C1 Portal Hotfix for Acronis reachability issue (10/07/2017)

Hello Everyone,

We would like to inform you that we are going to have a Hotfix release over Comodo ONE on Saturday (10/07/2017) morning. Platform will be on maintenance mode for 4 hours early Saturday. We expect to have no service outage in general. If you observe any brief connectivity issues, please retry later in the day.

  • We have realized that some of customers had issues with reaching Acronis Backup module within C1 Portal. The problem is fixed. Now you can keep on using Acronis with your existing accounts. If you did not try Acronis yet, you should get it from C1 Portal>Store>Acronis now!
  • We have added another data center to our inventory to increase overall business continuity of Comodo ONE. Now, the Comodo One portal will be more responsive and all functions will be more stable.

Is there a way maintenance notifications like this can be displayed when logging into C1 prior to the maintenance and emailed to users advance - you have our email addresses.

Your suggestion for a Feature Request “Show Maintenance Notification in login Page” currently shows on the road-map for implementation in 2018-Q2.
