Cannot back date a Ticket when entered using the C1 app

Anyone know how to back date a ticket using the app while you are creating it? If we log on through a browser the system will give the option to back date but this is not there in the app. How do we add this option? We have staff that will add tickets for work done in the past but these tickets will only submit with today’s date. This is very frustrating.
