Hello, not sure if everyone is having this issue but I am having it on admin accounts and not admin accounts but I cannot delete or change the ticket status, nor can I unassign a ticket. It keeps saying problem releasing ticket, try again.

I have a very similar issue to this one. I am unable to delete or change the status of a ticket. I get the following error when trying to do so: Problems assigning the ticket. Try again
Not quite sure how to get rid of it. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

We have tried checking from our side but it seems that the ticket you are referring to was deleted, so the are not further actions we can take.
If it does happen again with a different ticket please let us know.
