I have been trying to customize the block pages i have setup. I am trying to upload an image for the block page, but nothing happens. I am using a PNG file and its under 50kb (38kb to be exact). Are there more requirements to make it work?

Just a a suitable .png or .svg file and max file size = 50 kb. Images must be in.png or .svg format. If you are having issue uploading the image as you have mentioned, please make sure that you also install the block page certificate on all protected endpoints to avoid issues.
