Can't delete users

Users -> Users list
Checking user, but button “Delete user” is disabled. Why? This user is not existing at C1 portal “Staff”.

Hello,

If the user’s role is an administrator role (This is the super administrator role), then you are not able to delete the specific user.
You can check the roles of your users by going to Users > Role Management > Roles.

Is your role an user role, does the user you want to delete have an user role?
Are you able to delete any of the users created?
Does any of the users you want to delete have devices enrolled with you ITSM platform?
Can you modify the user’s role, move them from one role group to another, can decrease the permissions that he has.
Please provide a screenshot of the ITSM panel where the delete button is grayed out. Please also provide a screenshot of the user roles for you and for the user you are having issues with.
Please go to the Users > Users List > select the specific user > go to Associated Devices and provide a screenshot from there.

If the User Info section does have a drop-down menu that allows you to choose the Company like in your screenshot, this means the user has been created by adding a Staff in C1. This type of user can only be deleted by removing the staff from C1 portal - Staff.
