Can't deploy msi file

I have tried to deploy our new Softphone with both PDQ Deploy and Comodo Auto Discovery and Depolyment Tool… But I get “fatal error” in the Comodo and in PDQ Deployment I get MSI Error 1603: Unknown error 1603.

I have added the .msi file to “Trusted” in the Cointainment Security Sub System.

I tried to run the msi file directly with msiexec on my own computer and it worked fine.
