- Created Categories, added FAQ’s, Enabled the FAQ’s so that they should be displayed
- Saw the link to FAQ’s on the support [page but following the link there were no Categories or FAQ’s displayed

In order to be able to see your FAQs please log in with a user.
OK, thanks for the reply, I assumed making FAQs public that they would be available without logging in!
I will have to update the landing page to inform visitors that they need to create an account.

If the user is not logged in he can still use the “Search” function and the relevant knowledgebase FAQs will be displayed.
