Hi, I’m trying to enroll my iPhone. I installed the itsm.mobileconfig file on my iPhone but wasn’t prompted to install the Client application. I searched the AppStore for it and the only Comodo app is the ticket manager.
Is the Comodo Client app available in the Canadian App Store?
Did you 1. Goto ITM Settings -> Portal-setup -> APN Certificate first. I had the problem of not setting that up and I could not install on my MacBook. And after there should be three links. The first one is the profile you said you downloaded. Did it install? If not Go back to ITM and set up your certificate. Then there are two more links, just click on the iOS link. Not the OS X link. It should work.
