Can't Open Ticket from ITarian Endpoint client

All my clients have lost the ability to submit a ticket from the Comodo Client. The option just disappeared with no reasoning. Could someone lead me in the right direction to get the “Submit a Ticket” to come back as an option on the client? The only things listed are Options and About and if we are connected, Session Info … in the context menu drop down when right clicking on the icon. Thanks in advance.
