Cant use cWatch because of Session Exipred

I cannot get into cWatch and it doesn’t let me work because “Session expired” and it does not go away. This is on the initial load of the page. Please see the attached image. Any ideas?

This is in the brave browser with the shield turned off.


It might be because of the browser content cache, can you also try to login to Dragon Platform with in Cognito mode?

It does not work in Chrome (regular and incognito), Brave (chrome or incognito), Internet Explorer or firefox. I get the same exact thing.

Our back end team has checked and confirmed that issue seems to be a browser issue.
Please try opening the ITarian portal in Edge browser and verify it.
