Is it possible to have different ticket categories per customer. We would like to only show the categories that are referenced to the customer’s subscribed services. So if they do not subscribe to Managed Server then they do no see the Server category. Thanks.

As of the moment, we still have a limitation on this kind of functionality for ticket categories. We have asked our Product team if this can be achieved on a different approach. We’ll notify you of their feedback
