CCC icon feature request


Would it be possible to be able to right click on the CCC icon and open a details tab which shows useful information for when supporting end users, something like the hostname, logged in username,up time etc… this would be a very easy way for the end users to identify the name of the machine in order for a remote support session to be initiated.

Also i know that you are working on this but having the options to select what is available on the right click of the CCC icon i.e. do not show “submit ticket”
