Hello, currently I install ccs on clients endpoints but I don’t understand the comodo licence model. Is ccs free ? Are they just in a trial mode ? I’d like also to know how other msps here charge for CCS service? How is their business model ?

Ok. This has been covered numerous times;)
the Agent, CCC is free. You need to licence the AV e.g CCS.
the Remote,CRC is also free.
