CCS Installation Disables Internet

Ok, so I know this is a firewall issue… but I can’t figure out where to change / disable it. I’ve tried disabling the CCS firewall completely (while leaving it installed), and the client computer can’t even get an IP address. It connects with the wifi router, but then hangs… Any thoughts?

This is on Windows 10.
