Having a few machine that are checking in with the agent but show offline under the Comodo Client Viewer. Is there a fix for this? We tried restarting the servers but the remote control is still showing offline.
I guess this was renamed to CRC( Comodo remote control) Has anyone else seen this? The machines check in online but the comodo remote control says it is offline.

We are experiencing some issue with endpoints showing as offline on the New CRC, but our developers are already looking into the issue. A ticket has been created on your behalf, so we can update you immediately or should we need further information.
