I was trying to install veeam backup and its window wasnt being displayed using the RD built into the RMM. Popped over to Teamviewer and the window was there waiting for me to click on. Any ideas why this happens?

Has this been the only program that you’ve encountered this issue with? And is it only with installation?
The Remote Desktop of RMM should work just like any other remote desktop tool. We appreciate that you let us know about this issue so we can address it ASAP.
