Change of Submit Ticket to Request Support on Agent with possible screenshot

I would like to request a option to be added to the RMM agent that the wording is changed or can be changed to “Request Support” vs “Submit Ticket”

Also would the be a option to include a screenshot option from the agent side so that a user can submit the problem that they are seeing?
