The charge interval only seems to allow a max of 9 minutes. After 9 it rolls to 1. You can select negative minutes, though.

If you are referring to the ‘Charge Interval’ in 'Time Settings (Global Settings), I tested it but it did not roll over to 1 when the value went past 9.
The value gets incremented by one until you stop clicking on (or release) the up button. It can be decremented (negative values) but you will not be able to save it as the minimum value for it is 1. Click the help icon (grey circle with a question mark in it) to get tips on what the setting will take or do. For this specific setting, the logical values will be from 1 to 59 (number of minutes to round up).
