chat support isn't professional

I tried to get in contact with support through chat but it wasnt very succesfull.
contacted them through the chat button on this link:

first i encountered someone named Marc. I told him my question and he told me i was at the wrong chat and i had to use a different link. he gave me that link.
I used that link and encountered someone named Rachel. I told her my problem, she also told me i was at the wrong place, gave me a very long non-European phonenumber and dropped the connection. How very professional. In Europe support sucks(they find customers anoying) but i though the support in the USA would be better(or is it outsourced?).

Anyway, the support on the forum has been great(thank for that), but chat could do better.
