CIS firewall blocking RDP

Hi, I’ve setup rules for RDP in the firewall profile for a customer however when the firewall is enabled it will not connect via remote desktop to the machine as soon as i disable the firewall it works.

There is nothing in the error log to suggest it’s being stopped but clearly it is.

Any help would be great in configuring this. its trying to connect to a windows 10 machine from a windows 7 and a windows 10 machine.
