Clients showing up as Unavailable Solved?

While I don’t know if this helps everyone, but I’ve done my own checking and come up with this answer.

When a client shows up as unavailable it might be one of two issues.

  1. The client has turned off the RMM program on start up, or deleted the two extra files that show up when the program is installed.

  2. The client thinks the computer is “on” but in actuality the computer is in sleep mode. Comodo One does not work when the computer is in sleep mode.

This is what I’ve found on most of my “Unavailable” systems. I hope that helps some of you as well.
