We are having a problem when we close tickets. When we close tickets using the “close ticket” button (I don’t think it happens when you “close on reply”) it shows that the ticket is closed in the list of tickets and it shows the person who closed the ticket but it still shows up in open tickets. Anybody else have this issue?
