Closing a ticket

How can I close a ticket when it’s open? I can check the box that says “Close on reply”, but I’m expecting a “Close” button that allows me to simply close the ticket.

From the ticket list, I see that I can select the ticket and close it from there, but I shouldn’t have to exit the ticket to close it, IMO.

Am I missing something?

Please double-check the Ticket settings in your SD, @perfectcloud

I am able to click the ‘Close’ button from within the open ticket (see attached screenshot).

Odd… The Close button wasn’t showing up yesterday, but it is now. I’ll see if I can duplicate that.
