NAT requires NF4 runtime. Is it possible to generete installer with integrated NF4 or Network Assessment Tool installer search for it at run-folder and install automatically?

What is NF4 runtime exactly? could you please share the download link for it?

We must install .Net Framework 4.6 before run NAT installer?
