Comodo Client Security will not update on a System with proxy

I recently installed CCE on an endpoint that communicate to the internet via a proxy. i can see the endpoint in the console but it can’t update the virus database. i get error messages every time i try to update the database. I have tried to configure the proxy settings in the communication agent options but still the same issues. What am i missing here?

Did you add the proxy config on your profile as well?

This would enforce the communication over proxy for both security and communication clients. However, please be sure that communication client has first access to the server to get this config.


I’ve done this but still it’s not working…not sure what the issue might be…can i still get assistance here please?
