In KoruMail which is the on prem version of this software you can open your profile for incoming mail and turn the feature on and off.
So if you have one profile per customer you need to do it for all customers.
This is a feature we do not use due to the issues of people accessing files, and when they do you cannot do anything with them because they are in a container.
I’m not 100% sure if you have the same options with the hosted version as they are similar but not yet fully the same.
Yes the containment feature can be activated on the entire domain or via user, containment was only available for the .exe extension but apparently there was a upgrade or new release that covers more extensions which is excellent but just would love to have received a notice ahead of time.
Thanks. I would like to see a client that is an outlook add on for the ASG which wouldn’t requires to login to the ASG portal via web browser to download attachments.
That’s great news that they are working on a plug-in. I hope they develop the msp ASG swiftly because more and more cyber attacks are via emails seems like. A good thing to add also is a good reporting feature would be good to get daily, weekly and monthly top 10 spamming domains top 10 viruses top 10 phishing attackers, top 10 targeted email accounts etc.
