Hi this is my first post for comodo dome shield. I had download this and it worked, but now I am noticing on my system tray of win 10 that it when I click on comodo dome shield icon it states that it is unprotected and unencrypted and there is nothing that I can click to activate it again. yet when I login into the comodo dome sheild site it says it is active. Agent version is 1.3.0.8.

We are glad to know that the Comodo Dome Shield is working for you.
For your concern with the roaming agent showing that it is ‘unprotected and unencrypted’, it usually means that the agent is unable to communicate with the Dome Shield servers. Have you tried to manually restart the agent?
