Comodo not running

Hi,

CCS problems, the endpoints that have comodo installed on them just stop communicating to the portal.
what’s the way forward?

  1. While trying to scan with comodo, the endpoint throws an error that, " windows could not start the Comodo Virtual service Manager service on Local Computer".

We’ve been having thisissues for a while, tried reinstalling either the ccs agent or the complete installer. Yet the error persist.
