Sorry, but as I stated we have to hide the CCC icon in the tray, we know how to do it. I believe you completely missed the point we didn’t want to give clients access to be able to disable the icon in the system tray. And as to your response to #3 of referring to the linked guide in #2, please tell me exactly in that link where it states we can disable the “Submit Ticket” option? If you do a search on that page, the words “submit” or “ticket” are no where to be found on that page.

You mentioned on your #2 note about ‘disabling the tray icon’. The linked guide lists the setting that ‘hides’ the CCC icon. This ‘hiding’ method is the closest thing (available with the current build) to ‘disabling’ the options you mentioned in your post (‘Options’, ‘proxy settings’, ‘Submit Tickets’).

Those ‘options’ are meant to be used by the MSP and his/her technical team (of if the endpoint user is PC savvy enough and allowed to use it). You can simply enable the icon setting on the assigned Profile when there is a need to access it.

If you apply a password under client access control in the policy, users will not be allowed to change these settings without entering the password.
