Hi Guys,

thanks for the update.
I’m glad to say most updates are good, but I do have an odd question on a couple of them…
Improvement - PM:

  • Dashboard statistic widget removed to increase overall system performance

Why is this being improved, I thought PM was moved to ITSM and via the procedures now?

Comodo Quote Manager

The wizard is nice, but when editing a quote to add an additional part or service due to a question etc, can this jump straight to that part saving a bit of next next etc

Good idea! We are noting this to our roadmap, we will evaulate it in the next releases.

Hi All,

I appreciate all the improvements. Still exploring them.

Comodo One Portal - New Features

C1 Portal has a new design which will be general template for other modules as well. We will be releasing other licensed application with similar user interface over next iterations.

This is maybe a trivial issue to comment on, but I must express my horror at the orange color choice for the new C1 theme.

Right now I only see this color on the C1 portal, when I pass through to ITSM, where I spend most of my time. But the release notes say "We will be releasing other licensed application with similar user interface over next iterations.” Of course it makes sense to have a unified theme, but I think it’s such an awful color. I’m not looking forward to when this color gets applied to ITSM and the other licensed apps. Am I alone with this opinion?

I’m not usually fussy about color. I never bother customizing themes when options are available (Windows desktops etc. etc.). I usually find default themes to be fine as is. The current ITSM theme color (blue) is fine.

I now find that I missed a December posting by Ilker titled "Pick your themes!!!”, so I didn’t get to express my preference before now. Not sure how many people voted to come up with the orange choice. I think that any of the other choices are OK except the orange and red, which are both very harsh to the eye.

Is there any way to offer a color choice, or review the decision?

Thanks,
Kees

Hi Kees,

Yes, additional options would be offered on next releases. Our aim is to re-arrange default coloring based on the votes we get on the post you mentioned. thanks for the feedback
