Hello @StrobeTech ,
That`s good to hear. If you have other issues or questions again in the future,
please do not hesitate to reach us through c1-support@comodo.com.
Thank you
Would it be possible to have this list added to the documentation here? With what category each application is in?
https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…ew_details_app
Edit:
Looking through the patch management on the site the list appears to be incorrect. I cant find Adobe Reader X/XI on there, only Adobe Reader DC. There also appear to be lots of new applications that have been added which arent included above.
Hi @Joners ,
We appreciate the recommendation. We will have the team to add this list to the documentation.
We will also send you an email for any update.
Regarding your second concern, In selecting 3rd party software, this option allows you to choose whether all upgradable applications identified at the endpoint to be updated or only specific application(s) is/are to be updated. Can you verify if Adobe X/XI was installed in your endpoint?
Please see also this link regarding execution options https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-…Procedure.html
Thank you.
Hi @Joners
Based on the version history of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, the latest version is ‘DC’. The version before it is ‘XI’ (or 11).
Reference: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotes/index.html
It is only proper that the name of the latest version of a software be used and displayed in the Patch Management interface.
