Comodo One July Release - What's new on Service Desk?

Hello everyone!

We would like to inform you that we are going to have new releases for the Comodo ONE platform this Saturday (07/14/2018) morning.

Notes about the platform update:
Once it starts, the platform will be on maintenance mode for 4 hours (early hours of the day, US Eastern time). We expect to have no service outage in general. If you observe any brief connectivity issues, please retry later in the day.



As you all know, we are working hard to improve our products each and every day by developing new features and fixing all the bugs. For the upcoming July release, there will be no new features for Service Desk. We instead chose to put our time and efforts in improving the overall system performance!

The scope of the release was to enhance the architecture of Service Desk. With the upcoming release, we are happy to announce that Service Desk will be more stable, reliable and even faster.

Improvements:

  • Faster transitions through the pages
  • Responsive pages for Tickets and Users pages
