Comodo One Log collection scripts

Hi Comodo One users,

Please use below scripts to collect and directly upload ITSM+CCS logs, ITSM logs, and CCS logs to Comodo SFTP server,

You can choose and run procedure based on the logs requested by our Comodo One support team.

Edit Parameter

kayako_ticket_number=“GOI-221-286602”

Edit support ticket number before running the script as upload file name includes ticket number, computer name, date and time details.

Sample uploaded zip file name -GOI-221-286602_C1LogData_REEBOOK_2017_6_8_4_48_41.zip

Important notes

  1. Script to Collect CCC logs (ITSM logs)- 20170707-CCC-Logs.json

  2. Script to collect CCS logs (Comodo Client Security logs) - 20170707-CCS-Logs.json

  3. Script to collect CCC+CCS logs (ITSM + Comodo Client Security logs ) - 20170707-C1-Logs.json

4.Run all script as “System User”

5.CCS logs-Script will run cisreportool.exe and upload logs to our SFTP server

6.CCC logs-Script will collect following logs for CCC
msinfo32
C:.…\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\cdm.db"

C:.…\COMODO\Comodo ITSM\rmm.dll

  1. All logs will be auto uploaded to COMODO SFTP server sftp://c1report.comodo.com using c1report username. It has only write permission.

  2. We have observed that script will take a time to finish log collection and SFTP uploading based on the log file size.

Does this actually work?

Everytime i run it i get the following errors.

This issue occurs while trying to delete final zip file from endpoint after completing upload process. We will fix the issue and update the script.
