Comodo One MDM - Devices Showing offline

I have recently enrolled a number of mobile devices (android and Apple) and they showing offline in the console. Any ideas?

Are your mobile devices connecting thru the same network? Have you tried using another network connection and are they still showing offline? Can you please share with us the Android and IOS versions of the mobile devices you enrolled? Please let us know. Thank you.

If you use cDome Shield on the devices this often kills the MDM connections.
