Comodo one Remote

I have comodo one remote software installed and I can login fine but I have created a new user on itsm and they can login to the web end but the login fails on the remote software.
I am unsure what to enable to allow a user on comodo to use and login to the remote software

Make sure choose the ITSM option for login on CRC.
