Comodo Remote Control issues?

After a pretty good run I’m finding I’m having issues with Comodo Remote Control not being the most reliable again. No XMPP errors really, now I’m getting something along the lines of error connection Rsp (the window closes pretty quickly so hard to take a screenshot). It’s only on a handful of machines so far, the restart scripts that fixed XMPP don’t fix this issue either.

Is this a known issue?

I’m not blaming Comodo here, it could be something else. One of the machines I was able to log into was in “mid shutdown/reboot” mode but there were applications stuck open. The other one I can’t tell because RDP isn’t enabled for it, I’ll have to ask someone at the site tomorrow. Could be a similar situation.
