Comodo Security Error

CCS has been crashing randomly on a client. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, ran an update for and it came back with the attached error. Any ideas?

Have you tried again ?. Leave an hour then try again?

if not use the remover tool to completely remove and then reinstall.

You may try to run the update after an hour as @dittoitmentioned since the admin verdict DB on ITSM is updating every 1 hour. Please let us know if that works for you. Thank you

Thank you both for the suggestion. I just tried running the update again and got the same error.
