Is Comodo system utils (https://help.comodo.com/topic-159-1-290-3237-Comodo-System-Utilities---Introduction.html) may be managed by C1? Or C1 have any alternatives to CSU?

No, Comodo System Utilities can’t be managed by C1 (moreover, this program is discontinued). We are providing some procedures that can help you with this, for example the procedure that deletes temporary files.
