Configuring email notifications in iTop

I am working with a brand new installation of iTop and am seeking assistance in programming in email notifications for techs and requesters.
What I would like to see the system do is send out an email to specific groups every time a new service request is entered into the system. I’ve read some of the online documentation, but seem very lost in trying to figure this out.

If anyone could provide some tips for this configuration, please let me know.

Have you reached out for support from iTop / Combodo themselves?
