So my ITSM client will not connect to the server. Running Windows 10.

To fix your issue, please check the Windows Services and look for ITSM services and ItsmRsp make sure they are running.
Change the ITSMService to Automatic(delayed) and restart the service then check if it will connect.

Yes, so the service was set to automatic but did not start. I started and then restarted, and that seems to have fixed it. Thanks.
