CRC, windows resize and typing

Server 2016, I cannot resize any window. I cannot “grab” the corner and drag.

Also on all CRC when you click CTRL-ALT-DEL, the icon flashes in the password box but you need to click in for the input to be recognised. Once CTRL-ALT-DEL is selected the focused should automatically be set to the password box.

Ok, I managed to get the resize working you have to be 2-3mm away from the window. However the single arrow does not change into a double arrow when you are in the correct location to drag.
